TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in training programs provided by Cameron Performance (“Coach,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling in any Cameron Performance program, you (“Athlete,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to the following terms.

This Agreement contains general terms applicable to all programs, followed by program-specific terms.

SECTION I — GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL PROGRAMS)

1. Eligibility

  • Athletes under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

  • Athletes must have reliable internet access and the ability to record and upload video.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in high-intensity athletic training.

2. Athlete Responsibilities

All athletes agree to:

  • Follow their customized program consistently and honestly

  • Submit assessment and feedback videos according to provided instructions

  • Follow all video demonstrations to ensure valid analysis

  • Communicate injuries, pain, fatigue, or schedule limitations promptly

Failure to meet these responsibilities may limit results and void eligibility for any applicable performance guarantees.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Participation in any Cameron Performance program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, fatigue, soreness, or strain.

By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Cameron Performance from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Athletes are strongly encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any training program.

4. No Medical Services

Cameron Performance does not provide medical diagnosis, injury rehabilitation, emergency care, or real-time competition coaching.

All training is educational and performance-based in nature.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems (including the Spiking Sequence System™), videos, programs, assessments, methodologies, and deliverables are the intellectual property of Cameron Performance.

These materials may not be shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

6. Billing & Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Athletes are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information

  • Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of services until resolved

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless explicitly stated in program-specific terms

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

SECTION II — PROGRAM-SPECIFIC TERMS

A. EVS — Explosive Volleyball System

1. Program Overview

EVS is a customized online volleyball performance training system designed to improve spiking mechanics, approach jump explosiveness, vertical jump performance, and volleyball-specific skills through individualized programming and video-based analysis.

EVS is delivered remotely through structured assessments and in-app communication.

2. Services Offered

EVS athletes receive:

  • Customized strength and skill programming based on assessments, goals, and needs

  • Video-based biomechanical analysis of movements such as:

    • Spiking mechanics and sequencing

    • Approach jump mechanics and timing

    • Goal-specific volleyball skills

  • Coach-reviewed feedback via in-app communication

  • Ongoing program modifications based on submitted videos and observed performance trends

All analysis is conducted using athlete-submitted video.

3. Payments & Billing

  • EVS is billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe

  • Billing occurs on the enrollment date each month

  • EVS renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with these terms

4. EVS Cancellations

EVS subscriptions may be cancelled at any time exclusively through the Stripe Customer Portal:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Athletes retain access until the billing period concludes

  • Access is automatically removed after the billing cycle ends

  • No partial refunds are provided

Cancellation requests submitted outside the Stripe Customer Portal will not be processed.

5. EVS Performance Guarantee — “Train or Gain for Free”

A. Eligibility Requirements

Over the first 12 weeks, athletes must:

  • Follow the EVS program as prescribed

  • Submit required assessment and feedback videos recorded according to provided demonstrations, including:

    • The athlete’s full body clearly visible in frame for the skill or performance being assessed at all times (e.g., for approach mechanics, full approach must be visible, for jump height, feet must be visible leaving and landing)

    • The ball contact, flight, and landing, where applicable, while still maintaining full-body visibility as described above (e.g., for spike testing, feet leaving and landing must be visible along with ball trajectory)

  • Communicate injuries, limitations, or training disruptions promptly

Videos that do not meet these requirements may limit the ability to accurately evaluate performance and may affect eligibility for the performance guarantee.

B. Measurable Performance Targets

Progress is evaluated using objective performance measures, which may include:

  • Spike speed testing

  • Vertical jump measurements

  • Spiking Sequence Score improvements

After 12 weeks of consistent adherence, athletes should demonstrate:

  • At least +10 km/h increase in spike speed, and

  • At least +2 inches increase in vertical jump, and

  • A measurable improvement in Spiking Sequence Score

C. Guarantee Claim Window

Guarantee claims must be submitted within 30 days following the completion of the initial 12-week period.

D. Review & Confirmation Process

To initiate a guarantee review, athletes must submit a written Performance Review Request to:

Cameron Performance will review submitted videos, program adherence, and available performance data to confirm a genuine lack of measurable progress.

If a genuine lack of improvement is confirmed despite full compliance, EVS training access will continue at no additional cost until the performance targets are achieved.
No refunds are provided.

B. EVS 1:1 — Performance Coaching

1. Program Overview

EVS 1:1 is a fully individualized, one-on-one online volleyball performance coaching program combining customized strength training, skill development, biomechanical analysis, spiking mechanics optimization, and ongoing video-based feedback.

Each program is tailored to the athlete’s level, goals, position, season, and training availability.

2. Services Offered & Program Boundaries

EVS 1:1 includes all services, assessments, readiness tracking, performance calls, in-app feedback, and performance tracking as outlined during enrollment and onboarding.

All services are delivered remotely. No in-person coaching or medical services are provided.

3. Payments & Commitment

  • EVS 1:1 includes a required initial 12-week (3-month) commitment

  • Payments are billed monthly via Stripe on the enrollment date

After completing the initial 12 weeks, athletes may choose:

  • 6-Month EVS 1:1 Plan

  • 12-Month EVS 1:1 Plan

  • Month-to-Month EVS 1:1 Plan

4. EVS 1:1 Performance Guarantee — “Gain or Train for Free”

A. Eligibility Requirements

Athletes must:

  • Follow the EVS 1:1 program as prescribed

  • Submit required assessment and feedback videos recorded according to provided demonstrations, including:

    • The athlete’s full body clearly visible in frame for the skill or performance being assessed at all times (e.g., for approach mechanics, full approach must be visible, for jump height, feet must be visible leaving and landing)

    • The ball contact, flight, and landing, where applicable, while still maintaining full-body visibility as described above (e.g., for spike testing, feet leaving and landing must be visible along with ball trajectory)

  • Communicate injuries, limitations, or training disruptions promptly

  • Complete daily readiness questionnaires and weekly check-ins

  • Communicate injuries or limitations promptly

B. Measurable Performance Targets

Progress is evaluated using:

  • Spike speed testing

  • Vertical jump measurements

  • Spiking Sequence Score improvements

C. Guarantee

After 12 weeks, athletes should achieve:

  • +10 km/h increase in spike speed

  • +2 inches increase in vertical jump

  • Measurable improvement in Spiking Sequence Score

If these improvements are not achieved despite full compliance, EVS 1:1 training will continue at no additional cost until results are achieved.
No refunds are provided.

5. EVS 1:1 Cancellations & Hardship Exceptions

A. Initial 12 Weeks

Cancellations are not permitted during the initial 12 weeks, except for eligible month-to-month athletes under hardship exceptions.

B. After 12 Weeks

  • 6-Month EVS 1:1 Plan: No early cancellation

  • 12-Month EVS 1:1 Plan: No early cancellation

  • Month-to-Month EVS 1:1 Plan: May cancel with 14 days’ written notice

C. Hardship Exceptions (Month-to-Month Only)

Hardship exceptions may be considered for:

  • Unexpected financial hardship

  • Medical limitations preventing training

Proof may be requested. All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION III — NO GUARANTEES BEYOND THIS AGREEMENT

Results vary based on consistency, effort, genetics, baseline ability, and adherence.

No guarantees are made beyond those explicitly stated in the EVS Performance Guarantee and EVS 1:1 Performance Guarantee sections of this Agreement.
