  • These classes focus on developing the fundamentals of volleyball - working on all the skills and tactics needed to build a foundation for top volleyball performance, as well as court movement, awareness, coordination, athleticism, persistance and more. Athletes in this group receive skill and bodyweight strength training online to supplement their skill development and focus on long term athletic development.

    Age groups
    - 11U/12U (Monday/Wednesday 5:45-6:45 PM)
    - 13U/14U (Tuesday/Thursday 5:45-6:45 PM)

    Classes can be booked for both/either days based on openings.

  • These classes improve and build off of the volleyball foundations and improve coordination and performance. We take them through higher level skill drills and introduce higher level strategy. We focus on all volleyball skills overall, but also dedicate some classes for specific skills/qualities (ie. passing, spiking against blocks etc). Athletes in this group receive skill and bodyweight/weighted strength training online to supplement their skill development and focus on long term athletic development, improve their vertical, quickness, movement, overall strength, core and mobility.

    - 15U/16U Girls (Tuesday/Thursday 7-8 PM)
    - 15U/16U Boys (Tuesday/Thursday 8:15-9:15 PM)

    Classes can be booked for both/either days based on openings.

  • Currently our highest drop-in classes. Athletes improve their foundation and refine their skills with advanced skill and strategy development. We focus on all volleyball skills, with certain classes dedicated to specific skills/qualities to ensure they receive quality training. Athletes in this group receive skill and bodyweight/weighted strength training online to supplement their skill development, improve strength and explosiveness, vertical jump, spiking power, core and mobility, and continue building for long term athletic development.

    - 17U/18U + Girls (Monday/Wednesday 7-8 PM)
    - 17U/18U + Boys (Monday/Wednesday 8:15-9:15 PM)

    Classes can be booked for both/either days based on openings.
