  • Photos or videos taken during in-person sessions will only be used with your consent signed upon purchasing.

10. Consent & Waivers

Participation in Cameron Performance Training requires signing consent forms covering:

  • Training Safety: Acknowledgment of physical risk involved in volleyball training

  • Media Usage: Permission to use photos/videos for coaching, analysis, and promotional materials

  • Liability Release: Release of Jade Cameron and EVS from injury liability except in cases of gross negligence

  • Billing & Commitment: Understanding of program minimums and payment obligations

  • Performance Guarantee: Assurance of measurable results after 12 weeks of consistent effort or eligibility to continue training at no additional cost until results are seen. (only for EVS)
