I get tons of these messages every day. My time is very limited and I’m not able to answer all of these in great detail. Every athlete is different and would require full assessments for the best program designs. As a member you get the detailed answers. You get these programs. “I have been hitting stronger and faster ever since i did the program. My shoulder mobility has improved and also my swing mechanics. I am rolling my wrist more when hitting and therefore getting more power because of my workouts.

I have gained atleast 10-15cms in vert from barely touching a 10 ft rim fully warmed up to touching the rim from a standing jump no warm up and grabbing the rim. I feel lighter and springier for sure as I lost 9kgs or more from before i started the program. Weighing around 83/84 kilos to now 74kgs. I am now more agile as well in result of the workouts and was soo happy to be able to dunk again.

Before I started training with Cameron Performance, I simply followed the “trendy” exercises on Instagram and built my own workout program without any understanding of how to perform the exercises correctly and the benefits it has. I felt like I wasn’t progressing and lacked the guidance that I wanted.

In 2021, I decided to take my goals on and off the court seriously and began working with Cameron Performance. I have weekly accountability calls with Cameron to provide updates on the workouts scheduled, ask questions, and perform virtual assessments. We also have calls to review game film, discuss what can help address the issues, and implement the exercises in the program where applicable. I love how Cameron actively listens and shares his knowledge while bringing great energy on the calls. He also customized the program to fit my needs. I suffered a grade 2 ankle injury this summer and Cameron tailored the program around ankle recovery and strengthening the upper body focused. Now that I fully healed, my program continues to include exercises that help strengthen my ankle, calves, and hip. As a libero, my goals are agility, speed, strength, and mobility. With the training, I feel more dynamic on the court and gained a better understand of how to engage my body.   • The 1-on-1 online training is for a minimum of 12 weeks! There is an option to continue training afterward.

  • Not at all. This training is for athletes that are serious about getting to the next level, regardless of the level they’re at now.

  • For athletes that don’t have game film, we use these sessions to analyze their skills instead. So athletes are asked to record their positional skills/skills they want to improve (passing, spiking, approach, defense etc). These can be short clips of passing a serve, someone hitting at you, hitting lines, volleying. The point is to get a visual of what you’re doing, assess and talk about how you can improve.
